    The tower on the right was one of two towers erected at the now Musée National De La Marine & Théatre National de Challiot, where the Esplanade du Trocadéro is. In 1878, Gabriel Davioud erected a circular building the Palais du Trocadéro where the Esplanade now is and it is flanked by two towers. It was demolised in the 1930s. I’m not sure what the tower on the left with the French tricolour is.
